Our New Solar Panels

We are very pleased to say that in the last 2 weeks we have been using electricity
generated by our recently installed solar panels. With the help of Green Business
Grants we have installed 80 * 450w panels on the roof of the units we use to produce
our delicious houmous.

The installed capacity is 36kW and the estimated annual generation will be
33233kWh.  This system should cover 60-70% of our annual electricity consumption
and significantly reduce our environmental footprint. As a company we are pleased
to have taken such a big step towards our ultimate aim of being a carbon neutral
houmous producer.
