Aquafaba, the amazingly versatile vegan cooking alternative to using egg!
Our aquafaba is tasteless in any recipe and very easy to use, with 2 tablespoons of aquafaba being equivalent to a whole medium egg. It has naturally emulsifying, foaming, binding, gelatinising and thickening properties and can be used to make perfect meringues, marshmallows, mousse, cake frosting, macaroons, muffins, cupcakes, brownies, cheese and much more.
The aquafaba we sell, comes from soaking our organic chickpeas and unlike canned chickpea water, does not contain any nasty hormone disrupting BPAs, which many cans are lined with.
